Well, I got the Tempo on 30-Aug-2007 and I was really excited about getting my own car. 1989 Ford Tempo GL with a 2.3 HSC 4 cylinder 3 Speed Automatic Transaxle. 123,347 miles when I originally got it.
When I first saw the car, this was its current status. Its exterior red shell looked like painted cardboard.
The interior was ridiculous. It was all dusty, and the dash was cracking. Extremely dirty in places, it was a mess.
As you can see, the mileage I found it at was 123,347 miles. Not surprising for the year.
Here is the climate control panel. I think the buttons are nice, however the bottom section fails to light up. The letters don't light, but the bar that shows that it is in use in fact....does.
The engine was a complete mess with oil covering basically all of the valve cover. It hadn't been receiving the proper care that it deserves.
The tires looked to be in good condition. I found it odd that it had different branded tires.
