Hey, thanks for checkin out my page. This is my Cav, giving it to my fiance as soon as my 240SX is road worthy. I got the car from my dad for FREE so I can't complain. It was going to be a parts car for his automatic Z24. Ironically this one is in much better shape than his. The clutch is slipping, I'll change it after I teach my baby how to stick shift. The bumper is cracked and the passenger side fender is bashed, I dunno what it hit but it hit somethin. It's got an "Intimidator" (f*cking cheesy-ass name) cold air intake and the loudest f*cking fart cannon ever. Uber pig magnet. I HATE IT!!! ... oh yeah and the idiot that added the rice effects also added racing PEDALS!!! OH BOY!!! and ripped out the A/C to make room for I don't know what... Supercharge that hoe!!!
WHY!?! SUCH A BIG FART CANNON!!!
As you see, my uber system setup... FM Transmitter hooked up to my Sony Ericsson... sounds like shit!
I just realized that I have cross-drilled front rotors...

I don't race too often with this ride on account of:
1 - My fiance usually being in the car with me
2 - There are WAY!!! too many cops in Ottawa
(& I don't have the best history with them)
3 - I run 91 and it's not worth the gas this damn 4 banger eats.

I was just coming back home after dropping my girl off at college. And I see a nice cherry red benz with nice black 5 spoke with crome lip. So it turned out to be a 2003 Mercedes C230 Kompressor w/upgraded pulley. MAN! did that thing sound cool! He was a pretty nice guy tho, we stopped and talked later he was pretty blown away that all I have is intake and exhaust. Yahooo!!! Go Chevy Go!!! LOL

Well... some good news and some bad news concerning the Chevy...
My baby bought us some kick ass Infinity 4x6's for the front and 6x9's for the rear. Only 2 way but they sound so clear! Still deciding on a head unit. Probably gonna go with a Clarion DZX775USB but... still not sure. If you guys have any recommendations on what kind of deck (under $500) is, in your opinion, "the best" PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!!
Bad News... got pulled over first time yesterday, left turn between 3:30 & 5:30, they got EVERYONE!!! it's all good tho no biggie, i wasn't speeding (yet).

The Clarion DX575USB is f*cking moronic!!! The engineers @ Clarion are smokin crack or somethin! It had no random seek option, to set it to random you have to go into a menu, turn random on and leave that menu. To skip to the next random song, you either have to wait until the song ends or go back to that menu and turn random off and back on. If you seek to the next song, it goes in sequence not random. It may not seem like a big deal but it really is. Espcially if you have MP3 CD's with all the same songs you don't want to listen to them in the same order all the time. Also, it was really hard to clip the faceplate on to the deck. Anyway... I exchanged it for something cheaper. Future Shop charges you for anther install if you switch manufacturers so I went with a Clarion DX375 which doesn't have a USB port... gayness! But at least it has a volume knob and just a button to turn random on and off instead of going into a menu. So I only have to press random twice each time I want to go to another random song... Now I'm seeing that it keeps going to the same few songs through the whole CD... Something wierd with how the folders on the MP3 CD are made...
So I installed the 6x9's and they sound awesome but the brackets from General Mistake (GM) are plastic and the tabs that hold them down broken so there's a lot of vibration. I have to install it right. cut out the sheet metal under the back window and drop in a peice of wood and cut out holes and mount them in there. I also tried installing the front speakers into the doors (AFTER HOURS OF TRYING TO GET THE WINDOW HANDLE OFF) We got one door panel off and removed factory speaker... to realize that the Infinitys are too deep... more custom fabrication on the way. I HATE GM!!!!!!

Well it's been a rough couple months. My buddy Mladen passed away just before remembrance day and sh*t's been kinda f*cked up since. We had mad fun together back in the day, drifting through intersections in front of cops and making racing videos back in high school. He will be for ever missed.
On a lighter note, my life was saved multiple times by my Michelin X-ICE tires. They weren't cheap but they were worth EVERY PENNY!!! Ottawa is a snow dump now you might catch me gettin sideways all around the city.

It's been a while since my last update... been busy... The Z24 is gone!!! An idiotic asshole in a malibu ran a red light... he was not drunk... he was not old... he is only a year older than me. He t-boned me in the driver door as I was turning left on a green. Fucking stupid people! I swear if there were no witnesses and the cops weren't on their way I would have used the crowbar in my car to open his fucking head! Now I have been out of work for 2 weeks with broken ribs and many bruises on my left side. Anyway... enough bitching about it... shit happens right?
