Hello Michalle,Nice 2000 Tilux, and right hand drive to boot. Lovely.I am from Karachi, Pakistan, and have had a 69 2000 Tilux for the last 20 years. This is my second restoration going on at the moment for the last 7 years. I would appreciate networking with you for various help. It seems that Australia has some of these cars. Look forward to hearing from you. You can contact me at anwar@anwarhashim.com or anwarhashim@yahoo.com

Hi Mate, very nice 2000 you have there. My Dad used to drive his from his flat just out of Munich to Munich on the autobahn at 120MPH and he was still passed by the big V8 benzes of that time. He always spoke about his car with fondness, which made me want to get a bimmer as well. Anyway, sorry for the late reply, but I do not find it that difficult to get parts for my vehicle, but regarding experts - join a club and get contacts that way as I have been lucky and have found, diffs, tailshafts pretty easily in Melbourne. Anyway, good luck and chat to you soon. Mark O==00==O

Hopefully the re registration of this vehicle will start in a couple of weeks. It still starts first go but the brakes need some work. Hope to have some pics of Grayham Bickley's racing Tilux this weekend ( Gatton Sprints) Have another classic to keep me busy in the meantime MGB GT Not as rare as the Yilux but a bit easier to find parts for
