This is my 1988 BMW E28 535i that I have owned since July 2005. When I bought the car at 160,000 miles, it had 15" BMW wheels, Bilstein sport shocks, a Z3 shifter assembly, K&N filter, cat delete, and a Racing Dynamics front end. Since then I have added a Dinan chip (good for a gain of 24hp and 29 lb/ft), Bavarian Autosport Adjustable FPR, Brembo/Hawk brakes, a strut tower bar, Yokohama sport tires, Momo shift knob, Simoni steering wheel, and 325is recaro sport seats. I use Amsoil full synthetic 10w-40 in this car. I've also done quite a bit of minor restoration to it. The engine has never been rebuilt and runs beautifully at aprox 170,000miles, and the paint is original.
It has so far won Best Euro at the 2007 Tulsa Import Faceoff, and competed in auto-x twice. Future plans for the car are more auto-x's and shows.
