ConstructionSo my car is been in the shop for some time... here are a few great pics of the progress:Day 1:ARGH My floor is missing in the trunk... as well as my fuel tank and my seats!! It looks like there is alot more missing too.... Everything in the path of the new 500 hp monster Eco motor has been removed... Old 2.2ohv, transmission, mounts, fuel tank, fuel line, everything gone....Not bad Brian for a first days work!!Day:2Fuel Cell is in and more work is being done to the interior... All the stock wireing has been pulled out of the car... it is all standalone: Now that was painless... well the wireing that is... all the ignition system and computer systems will be controlled by this painless wireing harness... And the interior is all torn apart to get ready for some new toys!! And here is the engine bay all naked with the mounts set up for the Tec 3's coil packs, and you can see the nitrous selinoids mounted on the fender for the direct port kit.Day 3:Well they finished stripping out the wires and started putting some back into the dash... and the gauges have been removed to make room for the new Autometer ones. The back seat... or what was the back seat... is being all covered in black carpet and blue vinal will cover the top sides.... the rest of the carpet in the car most likly will be changed over to match... The wall in the back seat was constructed to protect me in case of a fuel leak..I need one of the big ones... no make it two, and I need em tongiht.... Ok wow that was bad... but I got two of the 10lb tanks in the back.. one for my driect port and one of the intercooler sprayer....Brian got bored and made the tanks pritty today too!!!Idiots broke into my car today..... and stole my tec 3 and my tanks... I am soo ticked off. Well we are picking up the peaces and we got most of the gauges installed. The CNC mill cut out a peace of aluminum for the backing plate. Now they wired up the gauges and the painless system.
