Hey..great lookin Laser you have there. I have to warn out on a big concern of a small thing that you did and that was where you mounted the license plate next to the radiator behind the front valance. You do any highway speeds, that plate will act like an air dam causing air NOT to flow through the radiator and you'll overboil quick enough. Trust me, I found out the hard way by splitting the top of the radiator of my 91 Eclipse travelling on the freeway doing 80, and almost parboiling the automatic transmission that I had just replaced a few weeks before. I couldn't figure out why my temp gauge was okey in town or slow driving, but get on freeway speeds, the needle would soon climb up to the red zone. I thought my radiator cap was shot, thermostat was stuck closed and replaced both of them. No such luck..still was overheating. Then one night on the road, it suddenly dawned on me that my plate, being placed underneath the bumper and above the lower valance was acting like a air dam-pushing the air to the sides and not going through the radiator. After removing the plate, temp gauge behaved from there on. A very important tip for you from a fellow DSM Tuner.

hey there! thanks for the comments! you have a very nice laser too. I've noticed an improvment in the handeling with the strut bars, as you know the front really helps but it left the rear a little loose. the rear did help, makes for a good balance, especally in tight corners the body remains flat to the road. I do hear more noise from the struts because, you can not use the rubber caps that come on them. now I need some info please where did you get that chrome air intake tube? and did you use the stock m.a.s. could you please E-mail me with the info amagickman@excite.com thanks, Andrew
