This is my 1986 Chevrolet K-1500. It has the 305ci V-8 and the 4 speed transmission. So far I have installed a six inch lift, 38" Swamper TSL's, long tube headers, and a pioneer head unit. This is not the finished product, it is a project and is still under construction, plans include an axle swap and possibly an engine swap, that will be after the body work is finished. So far I have a little over $2,800.00 in the truck including the trucks cost, so not a lot yet.
Check the other pages too.

Heres some more progress on the truck, new fenders, wheel wells and rockers.

Well I finally started the body work, my dads been helpin a lot since I have work and school, so he deserves most of the credit, but I have been doing some of the work myself, the gas door, large panels and the corners were my work he did the welding while I aligned them, well heres the pics so far.

Heres the Bumper done and installed, looks better then the old one, and will offer more protection.

Also heres the bumper that I've been working on, this is just it hanger off the brackets I still need to grind the welds, finish cutting the slot in the top plate and build the clevis mounts, but heres a pic to give you an idea of what its goijng to look like. It going tio either be powder coated black or blue I haven't decided yet.

Heres the new exhaust that I just got installed at a local shop, I think it looks pretty good.

Heres some other pics, The CB installed, the shop that did the work on my exhaust and the new mirrors that I installed.

Yeah lets just say dogs aren't always mans best freind jk hes a good dog just teaches me not to follow him anymore lol. It really wasn't stuck that bad I guess just got spun out and dug a hole.

Here are soom pictures of what it looks like now.

Heres a better pic of the head unit, not happy with the install, probably will do it over, need to get the trim piece to fit, but otherwise it works.

The newer CB
