Paul and Susan's 1939 Chevy Master Deluxe 2 door sedan. The paint is a vivid purple over a Diamond Crystal Pearl on Cadillac Brite White. Colors are separated by unusual graphics. We were told that a Doctor or Pharmacist had the car built, and the graphics are pills in a water stream. Handles and chrome are shaved and remote entry electric door poppers are installed. Hidden latches operate the trunk and non-electric entry.
The engine is a mildly built Chevy 305 with a 570 Holley Street Avenger sitting atop this totally dressed up small block. Mustang II power rack and pinion and disc brakes on a Heidt's clip up front. Transmission is a very solid TH350 connected to a Camaro 10 bolt rear end. The car rides in Torq-Thrust IIs and Cooper Cobra tires. Not sure of ratio yet, but very balanced between snappy takeoff and highway cruise speeds. The car runs and handles like a dream.
Interior is a combination of gray tweed cloth and matching leather and vinyl. Billet aluminum trim from Lokar, Juliano's, and Billet Specialties is used throughout the interior, engine compartment and rear lighting.
