I just bought this MA70. This is how I bought it so the things done to it, the owner did. I dont like taking credit for other peoples work.

UPDATE 27 Nov 07: the supra broke down on the highway lol. It seems like its the clutch so Im going to order a new clutch kit and flywheel.

UPDATE 15 Nov 08: Moved to cali. Supra still in OK but getting it shipped. Still broke...Trying to decide to get the trans rebuilt and a 7MGTE, or put a 1JZGTE and trans in.

UPDATE 22 Nov 08: Ok. Did some R&D and found out that the W58 tranny can fit on both the 7M and 1JZGTE but needs a R154 bell housing to fit on the 1JZGTE. Plus the R154 tranny is stronger than the W58 so...might as well do it right. Still undecided on the engine though.

Update 18 April 09: The supra is in cali and getting the tranny fixed! Replaced racing seats with stock seats from junk yard.

UPDATE 06 May 09: Bought a R154 tranny. The W58 bell housing doesnt swap out. Bolts right up to the 7MGE but had to get the flywheel drilled to match the clutch plate. Performance drive shaft is on order. Need to get a slave cylinder and hose.

UPDATE 30 May 09: Got the MA back but the flywheel and clutch does not work. Did some R&D and found that the 7MGTE flywheel for the R154 tranny is not the same flywheel as the 7MGE W58. Lol. I think its thicker...Drive shaft fits fine and so does the slave cylinder. I hope the 7MGTE flywheel has the same bolt pattern to intall on the 7MGE. So I might as well get a performance flywheel and a slave cylinder hose. Then it should work great (for now)

Engine:       7MGE
Drivetrain:   R154 swap, stock R154 clutch plate, Spec Stage 1 W58 clutch disc, DSS Driveshaft
Exhaust:     Custom 3" exhaust
Exterior:      Carbon Fiber rear spoiler
Interior:      Weight reduction (took out all panels and rear seats) Replaced racing seats for stock
Electronix:    TEMS Doesnt work lol
Brakes:        Steel braided brake lines
Suspension: Coil over sleeves, KYB struts

2009 plan: Get shipped to cali lol, rebuild tranny, buy 7MGTE, find some adjustable seats and replace suspension.
