This is my 1989 Chrysler Lebaron.

I ended up getting the "Silver Baron" when I was looking for a 2.2 TURBO engine for my 1986 Dodge Daytona which had a totally screwd N/A 2.5 TBI, the 100hp version. It was a 5 speed. Anyway, I was in the junkyard when I spotted a 1988 Chrysler Lebaron in the corner of the yard that had a 2.2 TURBO I. When I asked the guy how much he wanted for the engine, I decided it would probably be cheaper to buy the whole car, the engine was good, just the front clip was messed up. He said he would sell both the 88 and an 89 for $1000. The silver 1989 was in great shape, other than the Bad 2.5 TURBO I under the hood. I went home and thought about it and in the mean time, fugured out the damage on the (FREE) Dodge Daytona was structural as well as cosmetic. The car was a pile anyway, so I took anything good out of it, including the original aluminum rims and sent it on its way to the great junkyard in the sky. I decided to buy.
