Body work and painting. I liked the mustangs but really thought there was a whole lot of flat hood there so when I found this hood at cervinies I decided to go with it. I bought the hood and parts before I bought the car. I still like the classic grill on these 05-07 models.(so I left the grill alone) The car was getting redone with many parts and I wanted stripes painted down the front and on the side. I was torn between the classic white or metallic silver. So keeping with my title why be normal. My guy at the body shop decided that with all the work he should paint the hole car, so there would not be any blending issues. the hood was fiberglas and was an excellent fitment but the other parts were plastic based and he had to experiment with what would not peel off. after a few long weeks I got the car back. looking good

wow my last comment made so sense, lets try that again. I cut everything out of the middle of the plastic grille and then installed the billet grille attaching it on the sides where there was some plastic stock grille still there.
