I purchased this truck August, 2004. I had a bunch of 460 Ford parts laying around and finally decided to put them in an older Ford PU.
A previous owner had installed a 351M engine with C6 transmission, which I could never get to pass Az emission tests. Pulled 351M and replaced with 460, D0VE-A heads, Blue Thunder Hi-Rise dual plane intake, Lunati 90460 cam, L&L long tube headers and Road Demon 725 cfm carb. 460 conversions in these trucks are fairly easy. Used the stock three piece motor mount system. Found the correct brackets which bolt to the frame off a 79 F250 2wd crew cab w/460. Ended up buying that engine so i could also get the rear sump oil pan.

Knowing little or nothing about carb tuning and being too lazy to keep tightening the fuel bowls, I got tired of looking at the gasoline stained intake manifold, so I decided to convert the 460 to Electronic Fuel Injection.
Within a short period of time, I decided to buy a complete kit from Mass Flo Fuel Injection Systems. The system they sell is based on Ford EFI, with which I am more familiar. The MAF meter is a GM, which comes with a frequency to voltage converter to work with the Ford A9L computer included in the system.
First I installed a fuel cell in the bed of the truck. A tank in the cab is no longer NHRA legal.

Removed intake to replace with Edelbrock Victor 460 modified for fuel injection.

Dropped exhaust and welded in bungs for oxygen sensors.
