This is my 1931 Pontiac 401 Sport Sedan!

I don't have all of the information on it yet, but it was restored by my late uncle in the early 80's, as far as I know it cam from Ohio or PA when new, and was a lemon from the start!
This could be why it had survived for 76 years, but this summer I finally got all the bugs worked out of it with my brother and my dad, it had electrical gremlins that we were able to flush out, then we had to get the rebuilt distributor re-rebuilt, then the water pump had it's end shear off for no apparent reason, so my brother welded the thin casting back up (it was as thin as 1mm in places) the it developed fuel issues after that, so I started at the carb and worked my way back.
My dad installed a used carb off of his 1935 Graham (updraft Stromberg) to replace the poorly designed Marvel it had, then he and I rebuilt the fuel pump, then I replaced all of the fuel lines, and then I had to have the tank flushed twice!
The car is now very reliable and easy to start for the first time ever, but I do need my #1 rod re-babbited and I cannot find anyone who is willing to do it...

The chassis remains mostly original and is conserved rather then restored, but the componants of it have been rebuilt as needed, the engine is bored 20 thou and is completly balanced and blueprinted, horsepower is estimated to be closer to 80 from the original 60! (and it will smoke the tire!)
I tried and tried to get this 1940's McGuiness trailer for years, but it was never for sale for any price, then recently I found out that he sold it for practically nothing...
While I was trying to figure out some of the bugs, I broke down very frequently, I was lucky as my oldest friend is a tow-truck driver and he spotted me on the side of the road and gave me a lift home! (for no charge!)
I like to take pictures of her next to old buildings for a nice backdrop, I found this old garage near my house!
Check out the storm in the background, if you look closely you can see a rainbow over the roof!
Near where I live there is this late 20's McCormack-Deering tractor that is still on the side of the field where it died 50+ years prior!
Fun with black and white (for the effect of looking like an old picture!)
I never built this car, but I have had my hand in every part of it along the way! It is a family heirloom now that can be enjoyed finally!

I am in need of a good radiator cap for my Pontiac, below is what I am looking for (the one in the shots is owned by someone who is convinced they will put it on the wrong car and refuse to sell it...) So if anyone knows of any please contact me!

I recently had the #1 car on Car Domain, thanks everyone for your support, this means a lot to me!

Winter is upon those of us in the north again, and today it snowed for the first time this season...
So I took the Pontiac out for some play time in the fresh snow... it was quite cold and she fired right up! Got to do my first ever doughnuts in this car! LOL
