I did the upgrade on the brakes. I bought a used set of complete brakes from a 750i V12. Now the rear rotors are also ventilated and the front rotors are bigger. The front calipers have now 2 pistons instead of one.

Then the front brakes must be changed, I decided to buy the rotors of the Protection, those are a little bigger as the standard rotors of the V12. Only thing that must be changed for that size rotors are the caliper brackets.
I ordered all the parts by BMW and I changed at the same time the shock absorbers.
