The photo's above are from Sept. of 2004 at a car show on Long Island. The same show as below. Except this time I have the car painted, polished and the Cragars on.
This is the day I bought the car in August of 2000. And this is the car after the recent bodyswap...
This picture is just recently at my friends house.
Well I had to do a bodyswap after an accident in February. I found a low mileage beauty and went to work. Check out the pics. You can also check out more info. on this at my website below..
This is the heart of my beast. 350 bored .040, 4 bolt mains, ZZ4 intake, Edelbrock Performer carb, heads ported, polished, 3 angle valve job, Dynomax full headers with 2.5" true dual pipes. Runs great.
Here it is on the alignment rack after I rebuilt the entire front end.
8.5" 3.42 GN rear with boxed control arms and poly bushings.
You can check the rest of my car out at my site here....

Take care and good luck...
Russell

Nice monte. I like what you did on your suspension. I am sure feels like you are riding on rails now. Pretty soon ill be riding on rails too. Check out my 78 Project Monte Muscle sometime. 5*stars!

Thanks for the comments. I looked for a good fender and had no luck. Ones full of bondo and the other needs to be. Looks like you do most of your work on the side of the road. Keep up the great work.

Thanks for the comment, I dig your Monte, would love to hear how the suspension mods (boxed trailing arms)effected the handling and traction. Would also like to get a hold of one of those GN rear ends, they've been tough to find in the SE.
