SOLD! its gone for good!
this is my 2001 sebring i bought for $600 a year ago with a blown up engine. I had it towed to my house where i cleaned all the stuff that was growing on it off and emptied ou tthe inside of the old underwear, beer bottles(empty and full), hats the guys passport, at $25 gas card, and various CD's. Throughout the week after that, I rebuilt the engine, which took roughly 110 hours to do so. I had it down to where the pistons were out of the car and the piston rings were off.Contents

The Story
When I was talking to the guy who owned this car before me, i found that he had "ran off the road". I later got out of him that he had taken it off roading and popped the radiator. From then to the time that he parked the car for garbage, he overheated the engine roughly 25-30 times. He had the radiator replaced and in doing so, broke the AC line. Then, he had his friend take a look at the engine. his friend ripped the cam cover off the car, took the cams out and had it down to the block and cylinders when he told the guy he didnt know what he was doing. Thus the car sat for 6 months in the U-district of seattle until the guy was bright enough to put an ad on craigslist. I was looking for a car between the $1000-$2500 range and found this car after about 15 hour of looking. I called the guy and he told me where it was parked so I could go check it out. I made a meeting time with him and we both met at the car. When i first met the guy i was shocked. he was missing 3 teeth in front and looked like he was high. after talking to him for a bit I offered 600 for the car. he said no so we both went on our ways. he calls back an hour later and says hell take it. I called a tow truck and drove back down to the U-district and signed the papers to have it be mine. the car was hooked up to the tow truck and towed to my house. while the tow truck was pulling onto the street that i lived on, the bar that hed the tires popped the ouil pan and left a huge oil mark all thw way down the street to my house. I let the oil drain into some oil soak powder and then backed the car into guest parking where it got cleaned out and its first wash in roughly 8 months.
