Hello boys and girls :)

I spent the weekend installing some of  the new parts I posted pics of on page 14! The Fast 92mm intake and the PTM 92mm throttle body went on today. The 30# fuel injectors have to wait. Fortunately I found that with the stock tune it would be unwise to change them. I will just wait until I do the heads/cam install to use the injectors. This job turned out to be very much like installing the headers. Straight forward and not complicated, but time consuming and a PITA!! :) Mostly a pain because of the size of my arms and hands in relation to available space to work! Oh how I miss the old days of wide open engine bays without all of the pollution crap and other restrictions. Ok, here are some pics. :)

I am not going to re-install the Hotchkis shock tower brace or the custom fuel rail covers. The STB will not clear the new larger intake and I am going to buy some red polished fuel rails so I won't want to cover them up :)

I spent part of the weekend installing some new rear springs. I loved the look of the Hypercoils but they were just too low. This only became a problem when I installed Nitto 315/35 DRs on the rear and the fender started scraping them when I hit bumps or dips in the road. I came across some BMR rear springs on LS1tech and bought them. The spring rate is much stiffer on the BMRs and this helped end the problem :)

It still sits pretty low but at least the tires don't rub :)
