This is herbie! the little car that would not die! i raced it on the track days against ferraris and evo's simply because i had nothing else, i drove it off road, i used to pull the handbrake to park it at home ive driven it through the surf on the beach, i rolled it onto its side twice and dented it out and with the limiter removed we managed 215 kmph!!!!!!!!!
By the time our time together was at an end i had raped the poor little car but it still wouldnt die. I was making a gesture at the silly street racers and "pimped" it! the following additions were made :
Large full bonnet white firebird logo! (hense the fire pigeon)
Plastic spoiler on the boot/trunk which flapped at speed!
chrome plastic airintake on the room which lifted up at speed!
13" plastic chrome spinning rims!
extended gear stick to make it a "long shifter"

ps. this car is back with me after 2 years of having been lost! Now im having it rebuilt to use as a daily drive and a spare car while all of the other projects are in bits, ie the hyundai which seems to spend most of its like flat on its back with its legs in the air playing dead!
