xD is a nice little grocery getter that became fun with a little bit of suspension work and decent set of wheels.

That's how it looks with Five Axis lip kit, Raze R74 18" wheels, lowered on TRD springs:

Interior is nice for a $15K car, but can be a tad more appealing (and good to the touch) with a leather steering wheel (that accidentally matches the exterior). Illuminated door sills and footwells are fun, too.

Rear swaybar is a must to get any kind of fun out of the corners. Torsion beam in the back is adequate for a small car like that, but lack of any stock swaybar is puzzling, thus, TRD swaybar:

Stock "premium" pioneer-design head unit provides good power to the 6 speakers and has great iPod integration as well as 3-line display that supports custom animation. All is good, but system lacks a little bit of low end. Tiny 8" bazooka tube fixes it and can be hooked up with an OEM harness saving time and frustration that can be caused by having to splice the input and power wiring :

To make the car sound like it can move, the TRD Sport Muffler:

Just for fun - one of the work in progress pictures:
