Hello all, this is my 2003 Nighthawk Black Pearl Element EX 4WD with genuine factory Honda 16" chrome wheels.I was told that these wheels were a dealer added option.
I purchased my E on August 11,2007 I plan on doing alot of mods to it,here are some of the mods I've done so far.

Here is my custom Delphi SkyFi3 XM satellite radio install, none of the wires are shown, everything is hidden out of sight, including the antenna which I mounted underneath the right rear roof cladding.I also hardwired the units output, directly to the factory headunits AUX.input.

I installed nine 5mm blue l.e.d.s in all three of the cup holders.(three are located in each cup holder)

I mounted six 5mm blue l.e.d.'s above the two drivers side dash cubby areas and eleven 5mm blue l.e.d.'s above the passenger side dash cubby areas.(before installing any of the blue l.e.d.'s I sanded the heads of them down flat,to more evenly spread out the light.)I also installed six white superflux 4chip style l.e.d.'s in the underdash/footwell areas, three on each side.I wired them into the factory dome lights,so they come on when the doors are open, and fade out when they are closed.

Underneath each side of my dash I added seven 5mm l.e.d.s to light up the footwells.

I replaced the factory map lights with a pair of super white l.e.d.s from superbrightleds.com

I also replaced the factory dome lights for a pair of super bright green l.e.d.s from Oznium.com(I had to do a little trimming and such to get these to fit)

I swapped out the stock tag light bulbs in favor of super white l.e.d.s from superbrightleds.com

8675308's 2003 Honda Element

Hard wired Cobra XRS 9430 radar detector,Broadway rear view mirror, and a small fresnel lense attached left of center,to see those sometimes difficult traffic lights. Also,I added a small cell phone magnet to the mesh part of the over head console,to hold my cell phone while driving.

8675308's 2003 Honda Element

Heres my five rocker switches two are l.e.d. on/off and three are on/off/on spdt switches, only two of which are being used at the moment, the other three are for future mods.Since my on/off/on spdt switches didn't have any indicator lights,I added 3mm l.e.d.s above them. The blue l.e.d. off/on switch allows me to turn on the stereo with out the use of a key.The center green l.e.d. on/off/on spdt switch controls my blue interior l.e.d.s All three of the on/off/on spdt switches are wired to give me full control of their operation, such as on with parking lights on / totally off at anytime / or on at anytime.

The Element has rather large blind spots,so I added Cipa brand blind spot mirrors,to each side mirror.

8675308's 2003 Honda Element

Honda accessories cell phone magnet,I use this to hold my SkyFi 3's remote.

Rewired factory fog light switch/relay so I can have the fog lights function in any of these modes, park / lo / hi-beam unlike the factory setup, which only allowed them to function with the lo-beams

8675308's 2003 Honda Element
8675308's 2003 Honda Element

I swapped out the factory clear fog lights for a pair retro fitted yellow JDM style fog lights, from an Honda Civic Si model.
I wanted the fog lights to have more of a yellow hue,so I applied Headlight Armor GT racing yellow protective vinyl.

Realtime 4wd decal, these are found on 05' and newer Element's at the left corner of the rear window,I think it looks best centered in the middle.

I removed the factory round exhaust tip finisher and replaced it with an oval stainless style.

8675308's 2003 Honda Element

K&N series 69 Typhoon S.R.I. style intake kit.(which replaced my previous E bay C.A.I. setup)

8675308's 2003 Honda Element

Heres a short video of what this intake sounds like,as I'm getting on it down the highway.

Eventually I'm going to have a custom exhaust fabbed up,but for the time being to give the E some sound,I removed the large factory muffler and had a straight pipe welded in.If your not familar with the factory setup,it has a some what large straight through resonator behind the factory catalytic convertor. So since the resonator is fairly close to the cat,and the exhaust pipe that remains is quite long,it actually cancels out that annoying high pitch exhaust sound, that many imports seem to emit.

8675308's 2003 Honda Element
8675308's 2003 Honda Element

This is the factory resonator that was left intact.

A few videos of how it sounds, one under load and the other driving normal. It sounds pretty damn good in person and has actually suprised quite a few who have heard it,check it out.

I installed this Scytek Galaxy 5100RS two way security system/remote starter, with color LCD remote transmitter.

8675308's 2003 Honda Element

Well since Elements don't come with factory under hood lights,I decided to add my own.I used an inexpensive dome light for this mod and it works great.

I wired an inline fuse and tapped into an unused terminal on the factory distribution block,to power the light. Also the light has a switch on the side,so it can be turned on whenever needed and not every time the hood is opened.

8675308's 2003 Honda Element

I replaced the single weak sounding low tone horn, with a pair of Wolo maxi sound Hi / lo tone horns, they are fairly loud in this location.

This is my aluminum gutter guard lower grille mod.

8675308's 2003 Honda Element

Aluminum gutter guard upper grille mod.I cut out the grill and made this insert.

8675308's 2003 Honda Element

I also removed the bulky looking factory front tag bracket and replaced it with a smaller universal style tag bracket, which I mounted slightly lower on the front bumper.

8675308's 2003 Honda Element

I replaced the factory amber rear turn signal bulbs with red JDM style Polarg colored bulbs.I did this because the factory bulbs are amber, and wouldn't match my l.e.d. bars red turn signals.

8675308's 2003 Honda Element

Heres some other mods I've done, which are not pictured.

Fresnel lens mounted on inside lower corner of rear window
Dual factory dome light mod(ties front and rear dome lights to function and fade together)
Removed factory bug sheild
Debadged emblems(rear)
Removed factory painted on pinstripe(not fun)
Front turnsignal/parklight mod.
Replaced factory corner bulbs for amber 5 l.e.d.superflux style corner markers.
Rear 12volt socket always on mod.(it was on a switched circuit)
Black tag frames
Black truck style door edge guards
E bay black rubber cup holder,cubby/coaster kit
Retro fitted 894 style 38 watt fog light bulbs in place of the factory 18 watt 921 back up bulbs
RainX Latitude wiper blades
trailer harness from E Trailer.com
Mobil1 synthetic motor oil
Blue alarm indicator l.e.d.on steering wheel column topside
Back up battery
Direct electronics underhood mercury switch
interior pain generator piezo siren
Single tone 130db security siren

I WILL BE POSTING ALOT OF NEW PICS AND MODS VERY SOON,SO BE SURE TO CHECK BACK AT AN LATER DATE.
