We took the Jeep out for it's maiden voyage to test all the repairs and the comfort of the newly installed seats. We kept it to an easy trail/loop. We did Cottenwood pass over and Tin Cup pass back! Jeep performed great!

Been a long time since my last update on this rig. Been on a trail or 2 with it since last post. The pics are from this weekend. We camped just a little out of Lake George, CO in our new to us camper (1967). We did a bunch of Gulches (forgot names) and La Salle Pass. Nothing that needs 4WD but it was really a pretty drive/camping trip!
Well bad news for the XJ!! As of Nov 10 it is no longer on the road. My wife was rear ended at a stop light by a cavalier doing around 70 mph. The unibody was destroyed and the insurance company came and picked it up. It was a great little rig, we are gonna miss it!
