I bought this car the way it looks on the pics around November 2007. It came stock with a Sunfire muffler and shaking like all hell, especially on the highway. Main changes until today:
- New Driveshaft
- New Control Arms w/ M3 Offset Bushings
- New Inner & Outer Tie Rods
- New Windshield Wiper Motor & Linkage
- New Passanger Side Window Motor
- New Window Switches
- New Trunk, Grille
- US Style License Plate Filler
- New Parking Cable & Parts
- New Disks & Pads on 4 Wheels
- New Calipers on Front Wheels
- Rebuilt Calipers on Rear Wheels
- New Transmission Linkage
- New Battery
At this point, seeing as it's become a full-on project car with no time or money constraints, I want to rebuild the engine, the transmission, get a new LSD and new wheels. To start with.
I also wanted to paint it last summer and even got all the paint stripped off, but didn't have time nor money to finish the job, and up to this point the car is still in the garage, waiting!
