This is my Volvo S70R, a fairly rare sporty version of the usual S70. Had it for a month or so and i'm very very pleased with it. It very comfortable, quiet and quick enough to make me smile every time i drive it :)

On the outside it has special R-model 17inch wheels with 205/45 tires, and a nice looking R front bumper.

The only thing i've added so far are new icey blue bulbs in the headlights to make it look nicer. The old ones gave ugly yellow light.

The interior is stock complete with 9speaker Dolby Pro Logic sound system, one of the best at its time. The seats are extra comfortable upholstered in leather and alcantra. It's also equipped with CruiseControl and TranctionControl - needed badly in 1st and 2nd gear :)

Under the bonnet: a turbocharged 2,3 litre inline 5 20valve engine. It gives out 250 hp @ 6000rpm and 350 Nm of torque @ 2400rpm. Should go 0-100 km/h in 6,7 and has a top speed limited to 250km/h (155mph). It has the Mitsubishi's TD04HL-18T turbocharger.

Update: 20.10.07 added "moose power" stickers to the car. Volvo-enthusiast icon :)

update: 29.03.08
Added an AutoGauge boost-meter on the car to see what the turbo is doing. Stock pressure is 0,8 bar (12 PSI) at the moment.

I visited a dyno, to see how much was left of the original power. Turned out that there is more than expected. A positive suprise. It put out 228 hp & 350Nm (257 lb-ft) of torque at the wheels. That makes about 258 hp & 400Nm (295 lb-ft) at the engine.

The winter is already over but a few snowy pictures with 16inch MilleMiglia Evo wheels for the winter.
