Some spy pics from the painter

Painter called today, said he had some delay on the works on my car, but he also sent me soms teasers :) Things that are getting done: - Angry welded look on hood - Custom sideskirts with same line as bumpers - Front bumper Tibby FL bumper with cleaned licenseplate place and 2-tone paint - Custom rear bumper(combination of Elantra and Tibby rear bumper)....

Working on my new front bumper

Didn't need my car this weekend, so had some time to get the front bumper in shape and let it dry on the car. It needed some repairs on the outside but slowly getting there. Skirts aren't big enough by the way,need to look for bigger ones.

Test fitting side skirts

I rebought my old spoiler set, cause I need the side skirts. Too bad they've been layed down in the wrong way, so they needed some heating to get back in shape and ready for paint

Samsung Galaxy Tab in Dash w.i.p.

So I started to get bored with my lil old radio from ye old scoupe. So decided, tft is out, HD is in, so time to fit a tablet in front of the radio. Moved the radio about 2 cm further back in the dash, and started working on a modified dashboard which gives room for the galaxy tab 8.0 Not done yet, but getting close

11-07-2011So after 3 years of no updates, I've decided to finish the look I wanted for my car.I was doubting to trade my car in for a newer 1, but since this car is so good, which such low mileage, I did some mods so that I'm not bored with it anymore :)The last 2 months, I did the following:Got rid of some small dents & scraps;Carbon roof wrap and window tint(35%)

30-8 changed the side markers for clear ones from a tucson 31-8 delivery of the car, plus luxury license plates with holder from HyundaiStreetTuning.com and mounted my Kenwood head unit in it. 1-9 Mounted my MB-Quartz Compo set in the front.4-9-2007:Had a day off, so time for the first minor adjustments...

Furthermore: Cleaned under the hood and put some rust protection on some places. Put in a switch between my electric antenna. Did the clutch mod(GREAT) When I turned the steering wheel I heard a little sound, so I mounted a hose clamp at the steering shaft, and gone was the sound. I set the clock to 24h and tinted my 3rd brake light, so that if I brake, the letters 2.0 GLS will be visible.07-10-2007
