This is my 1987 Buick Grand National. I've owned the car since July of 1997 when it had 26,000 original bone stock miles on it. It has gone through many modifications and transformations over the years. As of May of 2009, I am returning the car back to a more stockish form with a rebuilt stock motor and trans. I've gone as fast as I want with it and can't afford to break parts anymore! The car ran a best of 11.07 @ 125 mph on a stock motor with aluminum heads, cam, 67 turbo, etc. I ended up cracking the block along both lifter valleys and the car has sat ever since (June of 2007). The little V6 at the time was making around 650 horsepower but the stock 120K mile rotating assembly couldn't handle it for very long.
