Hey there! Nice Porsche you have there - I think I have seen it on the Lindsey Racing Site. My wife is German, I spent 10 years over there, so I understand the heritage part of our 'discussion'. I just don't want to get rid of the car and I definitely don't want to spend a ton money to get the engine to a performance level that I feel the car is deserving of. I think I got off on the wrong foot with Brabus - I see 2 cars looking almost exactly the same, and I see that the place of origin is Stutgard (instead of Stuttgart), then after you ask about his incorrect spelling of a major city in Germany that every person in Germany (or he could have looked at the Porsche emblem to check the spelling) - you gotta admit that things would seem kinda fishy. I am sure you have seen the guys that throw a picture of a car up, and say it's theirs when it really isn't. Unfortunately there is no mechanism to 'tactfully' ask whether or not the car is theirs. Evidently, you know this guy and his car and know that he is not posing. If that is the case, I will gladly apologize in this forum to him. I appreciate your question and feelings for the Porsche line - it's all about availability of resources. Good luck to you and feel free to ask more questions if you wish.
