All new parts are being fitted, car has been put up on the ramp and was told from garage (MILGATE GARAGE, 10 OF THE BEST CREW) is in excellent condition from underneath for a 20 year old car but also said that side sills could do with replacing but are not that bad, will have them replaced have taken pics as work is being done should be pretty good when parts are fitted cant wait!!!
5th AUGUST 2007
Decided to front mount a intercooler, so have taken old intercool out also have replaced the fan, as it is to big and have order a 12” slim line fan and fitting kit and have moved the rad to make room,
6th AUGUST 2007
Turbo pipe to the exhaust is totally crap have taken the exhaust gasket to a engenieer and made a plate to fit the pipes and the turbo see pics should be breathing allot better now everything coming together should be bk on the road soon hopefully
15th AUGUST 2007
All parts fitted car is runnin allot better and the handeling is superb, need to sort the fueling out have been advised from garage to get a APEX SAFC, these are more commonly know as vtec controls for Hondas it basically plugs in to the ecu and will a fuel presure regulator we can sort out the over boosting, and run the car at 1 bar boost, will need to upgrade the clucth as it is slipping a bit but current clucth was only replaced last year by the previous owner but still worth doing, the turbo is spoling very well now and car sounds a dream, need to get some alloys wheels fitted.
