1964 Jaguar E-type OTS (Open Two Seater). It's an early Series 1 car, with 3.8L engine, non-synchro first gear (Moss box), and positive ground.
I bought this car in boxes in 1984, and spent the next 7 years restoring it. My wife and I made the leather interior ourselves by taking an evening upholstery class.
