True Love...
**UPDATE 8/27/2008: Hey guys, sorry I haven't been on in a while but I have been super busy. Car is still runing great and I just crossed over 28,000 miles the other day. I have no immediate plans for the car right now, but definately going to have it lowered in the somewhat near future. And some new leather in is sight.**
**UPDATE 3/22/2008: Hey everybody, today was Dyno Day at Harbor Nissan. I went up there to see what I was running. Had a great time and saw some great cars, and you check out the pics on Page 7. Final numbers were 220 ft/lbs @ 4300 rpm, and 236 hp @ 6250 rpm.**
**UPDATE 3/21/2008: I got my HKS Hi Power Exhaust and Helix SS Test Pipes installed today! It sounds like a GT Class Le Mans Cup Car. Luckily, tomorrow is DYNO DAY. I'll let you all know the results.**

(Nice ASS)
HKS Hi Power Exhaust and a picture of the new tires!
**UPDATE 3/16/2008: Today I order the HKS Hi Power Exhaust System and I will be having this installed on Friday, along with two new Eagle F1 GS-D3s for the rear. (RWD Tire Eater) I will post pictures once the new stuff is on. Check back frequently as always!**
**UPDATE 3/11/2008: 5000 Hits!**
**UPDATE 3/2/2008: I put the CF Front Bumper from Seibon on today! It looks great, but it took about 5 hours because I had to drill all holes and utilize the factory mounting points (no instructions). Over all I am extremely happy with it and it is one of the best mods I have done to this point! CHECK OUT THE PICS ON PAGE 4**
This is my 350Z touring edition. I bought the car in March of 2005. Since then it has never been parked outside at home. When I bought it, I had the rims, stripes, and spoiler put on. I then brought it home and immediately put on the chrome grill and all the badging. Then the car sat for 15 months in my air-conditioned garage getting about 40 miles per week. All of a sudden I had the idea of making this a modified, "driver/rider friendly car". I then began modifying. Below are the parts currently installed in the car.

Nismo Interior Upgrades

Nismo Cold Air Intake
-Installation of the Cold Air Intake was as easy as they say. All the hardware was provided. I didn't even have to remove the wheel. I popped out the wheel well and jacked up the side that I was working on, and was able to slide the bottom half in from there. I highly recommend using the provided bypass valve as it protects from water getting into the engine.
Nismo Caps (Radiator and Oil)
-The radiator cap gives the engine bay a more race inspired look. Installation was simple.
Nismo Oil Fill Cap
-Looks good...worth $70? Not sure
GReddy Front Strut
-Installation took about 20 minutes total. I first loosened up the sides of the risers and then removed the stock one. Next, I attached all 8 fasteners loosely, and then tightened back and forth. The instructions come in Japanese but they are not necessary.
-I painted the strut bar risers red with 500 degree, rust and chip resistant paint to go along with the Nismo theme of car. I think it turned out very well.
Carbon Fiber Side Emblem Inserts
-I purchased these to give the car a more "custom" look and they were very well worth the money. I had to use extra glue to install but once i had the right one, install was very easy.
Carbon Fiber B Pillars
-Easy install. Had to use a better glue than that provided though.
Shorty Antenna
Carbon Fiber Engine Cover
-This is one of my favorite mods on the car to be honest. Very reasonably priced also.
Performance Grounding Kit
-Extremely easy to install. The only thing is that they do not provide you with enough wire ties. So if you have some sitting around, you will be just fine.
Carbon Fiber Radiator Shroud
-The pins that are need taking out take some work. Or at least with my car they did. Other than that it is so simple. I do recommend putting some soft velcro under the hood where contact may be made in order to prevent rapid wear of the urethane finish.
Tinted "Blacked Out" Tail Lights, Blinkers, and Front Markers
-Tint is simple to apply, time just needs to be given for small bubbles to evaporate. I highly recommend Lamin-X.com.
If you're in Southwest Florida, let me know. I wanna get some Z's together!!
