this was shortly after the acura died , the sub finally came in the mail without a car to put it in and built a box for it (3.65 after displacement tuned to 23.5 HZ)...it models up nicely as shownthis was a "sound barrier" 12. DVC4ohms, 220 MAX watts!. if you must know, there was shampoo and a pinecone involved. also a failed attempt to run it over. and a screwdriver. one VC still works. it is also for sale if the price is right...sidetop/frontwas a 10w3d4 i had for about a week. it is inside a 12 inch box supported by a baffle which i skillfully crafted and screwed in, and sealed with clear duct tape. rf 4" mids. these things are huge. 4 ohms, 50rms, 150-8khz12k.14. this box is sealed right now but im going to stick a port in it when i feel like it. yes those are wires sticking out if the hole. i cant say this was my idea (russel burrowscame up with this one) but i caulked the sub onto the box instead of using screws. it sealed totally perfectly and i would suggest this method. quick, easy, hard to screw up.
