2005 Ford Mustang GT. Mods: C&L cold air intake, BBK twin 62mm throttle body, spec stage 2+ Clutch kit w/ aluminum flywheel and pressure plate, steeda lower control arms, steeda short throw triax shifter, Nitto NT 555R drag radials 275/40/17 and Nitto NT 555 extreme performance 255/40/17. Soon to come is BMR control arm kit w/ lower control arms, upper control arm, poly uth bushings, and lower relocation brackets and also Bassani headers back xhaust with long tubes, no cats, x-pipe, and high flow mufflers. And yes I drive it hard, it ran a 13.38 at 105mph with wheel hop through first, f**ked up tranny, and only cold air, throttle body, clutch, and contol arms. Going back soon with rebuilt tranny, shifter, Drag radials, and new BMR control arms! Should run high 12's with that combo. Car also has decent top end. It has seen the right side of the speedometer more than once. I have buried it a 145mph plenty of times, it will do every bit of 160mph! All American Muscle, Imports suck!!!
Well people I went back to the track with a new tranny, shifter, and drag radials, but not the control arms. It ran a 13.18 at 105, close to 12's, I think the new control arms will help it plant perfectly and get me there. I'll keep u updated.
