jlangholzj's 1968 Ford Mustang

Check it out! heres my 1968 mustang coupe. She came from the san jose plant in CA and spent most of her life in a barn in Nevada. she's only got 67,000 original miles on her, and Not one ounce of metal or bondo work. :) The original color was that puke green. (ford must've had one heck of a deal on it; yuck!) but once i got her she got painted a new ford color, sonic blue.

She's always had a 289, but I added some goodies to this one. Eddelbrock RPM Performer intake with a model 4160 600CFM holley sitting atop. Along with that its got a chrome dress up kit; water pump, oil pan, valve covers, aircleaner, thermostat housing. As for the transmission, just a stock C4 with 3.00 rear gears in a 8" 28 spline pumpkin. for now, open rear end; still lays down a thick black line of rubber :)

Granted its a little dirty, but here an under-the-hood shot

P.S. that aircleaner hides a 600CFM holley!

John, I was surfing through the forums at StangNet in the MW discussion. I saw you were from SW MN so I came on here to find where. I grew up in Pipestone and moved when I was 13 back in the summer of 98. I was just dropping a line to say hi. Very nice ride by the way.
