1988 Oldsmobile Firenza

This was my first car, an 1988 Oldsmobile Firenza that wasn't the nicest thing on the road, but had a lot of potential.

Although it had no balls when you pushed the pedal, once you got going it was nice and smooth.

I guess that was my downfall, because this is what it looks like now:

Anyone who would like to teach me how to drive is more than welcome to!!!

I took an exit ramp a little too fast on a morning where condensation from the nearby resevoir had frozen to the pavement.

In the foreground is the lower front bumper. If you look real hard, you can see the shadow of the car about 25 yards down the ramp.
