I did a quite a bit of work over spring break.....
I replaced the oil-pan, the tie-rods, lower lateral arms/balljoints, had the lower ball joints replaced under recall, flushed the radiator, cleaned the combustion chambers and replaced the valve-cover gaskets. While I had the valve-cover off, I painted it emrald green to match the car.
I took out every bolt I could get my hands on and replaced it w/a stainless steel bolt. I painted the fan blades white. I put the cold-air extention back on my intake as well.
I still have to have all the little brackets sandblasted and powder coated....but I cleaned and armor-alled everything under the hood that I could get my hands on. It's tough when you don't have a garage at school. I worked on the car 12 hrs a day over spring break to take car of the things I can't do at school.
Let me know what you think.....
