This is my 1991 Acura Legend Hybrid. I purchased her in February of 2000 and have since done numerous modifications.

I have a complete gallery showing my project from start to finish.

I currently am rebuilding the engine for performance and it's in peices. My goal is to reach well over 300hp when finished without any form of forced induction. The car had 200hp and 210lb/tq stock in 1991. This was incrased in 93 with the introduction of the Type II version offered in the Coupes and 6speed sedans (94/95) which was 230hp and 206lb/tq.

My engine mods include:
* RM Racing Intake
* Ported and Polished Heads, Intake Manifold and Exhaust Manifolds
* C32A1 Type II Cams, valves, springs, and rocker arm assembly modified to work in Type I heads.
* Type II Intake Manfiold
* KMS Custom Copper Head Gaskets
* ARP head bolts
* Bayou Performance Stage II Chip (Formally Dinan)
* Stromung Exhaust

And for the auto tranny:

* Pro-Torque High-Stall Torque Converter
* Level 10 Performance Stage 3 Auto Transmission Rebuild
* B&M 8"x10"x1.75" Transmission Cooler

Engine Pictures:

I installed a set of cams from a Type II C32A1 engine along with the intake springs and intake valves. Additionaly I installed the Type II intake manifold. Everything is completely ported and I had it all hot tanked and bead blasted at a machine shop. The intake has only several layers of high temperature clear coat paint on it. 91ka7's 1991 Acura Legend

Hey, that looks so good, I love the seats too. I need to re-pollster my seats really bad. How much did it cost you to do that? Thanks
