The 69 Pontiac Tempest Custom S was bought in 2000 with the stock 350, automatic transmission, and a bad paint job. The interior was in perfect shape with only a few cracks on the dash. We restored her with a new paint job, new heads, edelbrock manifold, holley 4 BBL carburetor, TH350 Turbo Tranny, New wheels and tires and duel cherry bomb Vortex's on 2 1/2 in. pipes for the sound. I just recently got new Monroe shocks and Futura GLS Super Sport tires. I'm hoping to get a GTO hood and spoiler to add a bit more of an aggressive look to her. I drive the car everyday and still keep her in good condition. In the future I'd also like to change to a manual transmission and drop either a pontiac 400 or 455 in it with the Ram Air Package. runs great and does well for the occasional burnout.
