This is my 1999 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS. I've got just over 73,000 miles on it. Currently it has a Blitz body kit, 17" Enkei Rims wrapped with Fuzion HRi tires, red underglow, spoiler, carbon fiber hood, cold air intake, headers and a GReddy Exhaust. I also have a Pioneer Premier DEH-670MP HU and a Kicker L5 15" Subwoofer pushed by a Hifonics BXi1606D mono amp, with stock Infinity speakers.

Looks like I haven't updated in a while. I am in the same current position with the car. I am looking for some stock bumpers yet, hopefully for trade for this body kit. I've been trying harder to get them than I had been trying. If anybody has any bumpers with the reinforcement and brackets, shoot me a PM and we might be able to work something out.

Well some low-life decided to break into my car this morning, the one day I leave my alarm off. They busted out my driver's side window and just ripped my faceplate off the radio. Thats all they did. I guarantee you that they couldn't get it out because its bolted to the frame, so they just kept me from being able to enjoy it. BASTARDS!!! Not to mention its like 24 degrees.....

HAPPY HALLOWEEN TO EVERYBODY!!!
I FINALLY GOT SOME PICTURES OF MY CAR SO YOU CAN SEE WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE NOW, NO MORE RED! I DECIDED THAT I'M GOING TO SAVE UP OVER THE FALL/WINTER SEASONS AND GET IT REPAINTED BY A PROFESSIONAL OR I'M GOING TO BUY THE EQUIPMENT AND DO IT MYSELF.
THE PAINT IS A BLACK PEARL, BUT YOU CAN'T SEE IT BECAUSE THE CAR HASN'T BEEN BUFFED AND POLISHED SO IT IS KINDA DULL. I DON'T PLAN ON BUFFING IT BECAUSE THERE REALLY IS NO POINT WITH SUCH A BAD PREP/PAINT JOB BY THE PAINTER. WORDS OF ADVICE: IF IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT IS!!!! DON'T LET PEOPLE GET THE BEST OF YOU, DO WHATEVER YOU CAN YOURSELF, AND PAY THE EXTRA MONEY TO DO THE THINGS YOU CAN'T.

I ADDED SOME PICTURES OF THE PARTS I WRAPPED. I USED A BLACK MICROSUEDE FABRIC AND SOME STRONG CONTACT CEMENT. I STILL NEED TO DO THE TRIM AROUND THE RADIO, THE REAR WINDOW TRIM, AND THE SPEAKER GRILL. I'LL KEEP POSTING WITH UPDATES!
UPDATE: 9/29/08
I DROPPED MY CAR OFF FRIDAY EVENING (9/26) TO MY PAINTER. HE IS DOING BODY WORK AND MAKING SURE EVERYTHING LOOKS PERFECT BECAUSE BLACK SHOWS EVERYTHING. I HAVE BEEN WORKING ON MY INTERIOR THIS WEENEND AND WILL CONTINUE THIS WEEK. I FINISHED THE A-PILLARS TODAY. I USED A BLACK SUEDE/MICROFIBER FABRIC, ITS BEAUTIFUL. I HAVE TO DO THE HEADLINER, REAR WINDOW COVERS, AND RADIO TRIM. HERE ARE PICTURES OF THE A-PILLARS, CANT TELL MUCH DETAIL BUT THEY ARE AWESOME. THE LAST PICTURE IS A PICTURE OF MY HEADLINER ALL CLEANED UP AND NO OLD GLUE ON IT. I'LL PROBABLY LAY THE FABRIC ON IT TUESDAY (9/30).
