1991 Nissan 240sx Coupe (Silvia)
Purchased May 28, 2009 and daily driven
Update: 10.6.09
As of Early September of '09, car has been parked due to a boost malfunction that damaged the engine. It has been transported back to Unnatural Inc. where it will be undergoing an engine rebuild. Pistons, rings, gaskets, etc will all be replaced with brand new OEM units. Pretty unfortunate that this had to happen, but i guess the one good thing that comes out of this is that essentially ill have a brand new motor. There will be zero miles on it (in theory) and ill have a very reliable strong car in the end. In the process ill also have the shop install rocker arm stoppers to ensure that a second rebuild is NOT in the near future.
FYI for others that are new to the SR20, i would recommend getting rocker arm stoppers as one of your FIRST mods! these engines are notorious for over-reving and damaging a rocker arm, or even worse causing bottom end damage that only is fixed with a rebuild.

Ok, I totally updated and cleaned out this page, i used it previously for my '93 240sx Fastback, then my '91 Coupe, and now it will be for my new Silvia. Ill use it as a place to document the progress of whats happening with the car, and also just a place to keep my thoughts together, and plan everything out. The stuff on here changes pretty frequently because i have nothing else to do but update this page...Enjoy;)
