Herez my current get about,

The car is one of the low models of the range which i like because it is lighter not having sunroof/ electric windows / A.B.S. etc. which is ultimatly best for handling.
Since i've had it i've...
New engine, 22k(2003)MGZR 16v engine
15" wheels with 195/50/15 Goodyear Eagle F1's
MGZR suspension

VI Leather gear knob
Rover headunit with 6Disc changer in boot, tape deck in the head unit, ideal for plugging in MP3 players (via cassette) and not attractive enough for pikeys to steal
Central locking added to front doors and tailgate, not added to rear doors for greater security and saving weight
Rover Keyless entry
Sony subwoofer in spare wheel well, hidden for greater security and to optimise bootspace
MGZR rear lamp clusters
Bodycoloured rear spoiler

That wouldn't be hard considering it has no engine, the other has no wheels but i do believe the Red one would out run your poor old Rover without too much of an issue although stopping quickly could be a bit of an issue!!
