I never like to buy conventional vehicles, so when my wife decided she wanted a van I decided to comply and do something people don't see everyday. Luckily, I picked something with the same bolt pattern as the replaced Mercedes ML and was able to swap the 22s over.
The 2001-2003 models with electronic stability control also already come lowered from the factory, about as low as a 1993-2000 with H&R springs installed. That plus adjustable front suspension made it pretty easy to get this sitting right.
To complete the outside, I added a badgeless JOM factory-style grille, Kamei headlight blends, In-Pro headlights with BMW Z4 Bi-xenon retrofit, clear corners, black In-Pro tails and Zender front spoiler. Tint was already applied by the previous owner.
Wheel update May 2013 - Installed staggered Mercedes AMG 20" staggered wheels with 245/35/20

Wheel update: Just replaced the Lenso LS7 wheels with TSW Holsten 22x9 and 22x10. Still running 255/30/22 on all four corners...

Headlight Project:
Just completed the headlight retrofit. Aftermarket headlights were imported from Germany. Hella Bi-xenon projectors courtesy of Bayerische Motoren Werke Z4.
