What started off as a relatively simple timing belt change turned into a full scale engine swap. Turns out the crankshaft on my 12/87 motor was worn causing excessive play in the timing. We decided to swap in my parts cars 4/86 motor to get my baby back on the road. With limited time due to school and sports, and no garage (meaning we depended on good weather) progress has been slow. Today (4/26/08) we had the perfect opportunity to get out and wrench on the Z.
