The car has had 4 owners. The original owner bought the car and only drove it around 20,000 miles, before selling it to another Z enthusiast from Florida who drove the car until the 70,000 mile mark. The third owner (another Z enthusiast) drove the car until 96,000 miles, which is when I purchased the car.
The modifications supposedly drive the car to the "Stage III+" level as indicated by Stillen Motorsports Stage Chart. All modifications purchased and installed are top of the line modifications. Nothing from your local auto parts store, but rather top of the line, respected names in the automotive and Z scene such as Stillen, JWT, Greddy, Centerforce, Yokohoma, Kuhmo, Eibach...etc. The wheels on the car are the extremely rare Yokohoma AVS wheel set. These wheels were only manufactured for a short period of time in Japan, by Yokohoma. They have since been discontinued, and are on of the most sought after import wheel sets on the planet. They are esp. popular with 300ZX owners, due to the fact that in 1995, Nissan manufactered 35 Steve Millen Editions (Steve Millen being the owner of Stillen Motorsports) 300ZX's. They were only made in the TT version, and came stock with the exact body kit and wheels (the Yokohoma AVS wheel set).
