This is 1999 Pontiac firebird. It is powered by the 3800 series 2 engine. Its got power windows, locks, mirrors. I got the Monsoon Stereo system, with steering wheel controls. The oil is changed every 3,000 miles or every 3 months, whatever comes first. Its got a brand new alternator it it. In the winter of 2007 i had keyless entry and remote installed. In the summer of 2008 it was used in the movie called Miss January, it wasn't used for any smokey and the bandit type of scenes, but it was a fun experience. I got to stay on sight where they were using my car in different scenes of the movie. I Just replaced the subs for the stereo since i blew the original ones that came with the car. haha. I got some better monsoon subs that can handle the 500 watts of power the stereo puts out:) This car came with ground effects, an option by Pontiac called the w68 package. It has an automatic transmission. t-tops. Just put on the Trans am WS9 functional hood. I got the trans am hatch on it, whisper lid, magnaflow exhaust system, smooth bellows. Just replaced the alternator. I just finished putting on 2002 Pontiac Trans am WS6 aluminum 17inch wheels. i got brand new bf goodrich super sports, just added a jets performance chip. made a very big difference in throttle response and shifts harder and faster, the chip really woke the car up. i just blacked out the tailights i will post pics up soon of the car again.

pic January 19,2009. just got out of the car wash. From a week of temps in the low single digits to below zero temps.

A pic of the new 17 inch 2002 Trans Am WS6 rims.

An upclose pic of the car with the T/A hatch and T/A rims.
an upclose pic of the rims wrapped in some B/F Goodwrich Super Sports.

Pic of the sunset with the snow in the background.

The Beast, starting to look aggressive, when the weather breaks im getting a WS6 ram air hood.

The new T/A hatch. Gives it a more aggressive look.

When i got my firebird the odometer just hit 69,000 miles. The previous owner used to drive it on the weekends, and majority of the miles were all highway miles.
I got the 4 speed automatic, the e-brake and the shifter are wrapped in leather.

This is when i just got the car

Another pic when i got my car with all the lights on.

Random pic.

First modification were the new Silvania SilverStar fog lamps. There much brighter than stock fog lamps, probably 50% brighter.

Next modification i went with was the Ram Air/ CAI. it comes out in front of the radiator and goes down right behind the bumper. Nice modification, it made a noticeable and a big difference in performance.

After the Ram air/CAI i went with a whisper air lid

I cut the original tips off of the stock dual exhaust system that came with the car, looking to only replace the tips, but then decided to replace the whole exhaust system with a magnaflow stainless steel exhaust system.

Next modification was a Magnaflow stainless steel exhaust system. My car is starting sound pretty aggressive, with a slight throaty deep sound, starting to look pretty aggressive.

Another pic up close of the Magnaflow exhaust system, followed with 3 inch stainless steel tips. :)

Heres a good pic of the new 2002 Pontiac trans am WS6 rims that i purchased off of ebay. New rims are going on in a couple days 17x9 rims. Thinking about puttin some 275/40/17 tires on them. prolly goodyear eagle f1's or bf goodwrich super sports. :)

Heres a pic of when they rented the car for 2 days, for the movie called Miss January.

Another pic of my car in the movie Miss January.

Random picture of the inside. fully loaded power everything, steering wheel controls with monsoon stereo system that pounds. such a nice system.
