SaGe69's 1992 Acura Legend

This was my 1992 Acura Legend LS Sedan in its original state. With the exception of some obvious "REQUIRED" mods when one first purchases a new ride, I put some 18" rims on and then added some clear corners & bumper lenses to give it a different look. Nothing too out of the ordinary....That was before....

This Is Her NOW

SaGe69's 1992 Acura Legend

Originally purchased a few years ago, I have recently transformed my stock 4-door luxury sedan into what you see before you. I've shed a lot of blood, sweat AND Money on my ride so I hope you enjoy it as much as I did creating her...

The car is painted in a tri-colour custom Candy Apple Red paint. Purple ice-pearl was added to the clearcoat to give the car a purple haze during sunny days. The car was given 4 coats of clear coat and has yet to be completely wetsanded. Once this final step in the paint finish is completed (Spring 2003), that car with have a true "Candy Apple" lustre and look. Thus the name I gave her, Candie! :)

Custom Z3 vents were also installed on the rear bumper for a very unique look along with flush molded sideskirts to give a one-piece appearance on the sides.

The body shop put some cheapass grill on the front and I have yet to find a company that makes a piece big enough to fill the front bumper gap. If you know of a company, please send me a message. I plan on "maybe" installing a purple neon light somewhere around my AC condenser to give the entire front a purple glow but I'm still deciding if thats a "ricey" mod or not. The hood also has a pair of fully functional hoodpin locks to prevent wouldbe thieves...

I love what youve done with your Legend, it's tight. I see we think alike with some of the mods, Check mine out to see what I'm talking about. I have the same Combat front end but mine is tore up, I'm thinking of replacing soon and actually get the whole kit this time. You gave me some good ideas how to do mine with the looks. Again beutiful ride bro.
