This is my 93 Niva and this is before all the trail damage. I tore out all of the carpet and the rear seats (not even bolted in!) the we painted it a brighter red and put some camo pinstripe on it. Also i got the fenders cut away for bigger tires and a custom bush bumber. I am putting an exo cage on it and a 1984 Nissan 2.8 litre 4 banger in. the plans just got stupid i am putting an explorer frame under it and maybe a air suspension setup and a custom interior it will hopefully happen along with the engine swap.
I just broke the t-case and fixed it and reinforced but dont go through a rock garden full throttle.
Now i just broke my front differential and i do have pics and its a good break.
This was the first weekend I weeled in my Niva.

And I think this was the best part I missed. The guys I was with ditched me to drop off the girls at camp and well they were going a little to fast and well this is the result.
Thats about 3 feet of air under the Niva
Also when he landed he bent my front passenger's tie rod at a 90 degree angle!
This was me pulling my buddies 7 foot s-10 out of a 5 foot dich and the wheels kept on spinning.
