I bought this 93 back in 99 from a guy in his 50's. It was exactly the set-up I was looking for. Mature owner of a black 6-speed with leather and an easy 65k miles.
I've only done mild modifications that SLP should have done in the first place. Double layered repaint with yellow graphics instead of the stock white on black with the silly pink dot over the "i" in Firehawk. The yellow graphics have a flaming orange "i" in Firehawk which match perfectly with the Chevy Red Engine Block Red brake calipers that are actually reddish orange, like the "i" in Firehawk.
A few other SLP oversights that I've taken care of here are the K&N Filter, MSD Ignition and the "run-cold" horsepower enhancer that is easily installated and removed. It all easliy passes the strict California Smog Pass and kicks Porsche ass on Sunday without effort. It's the fastest F-Body on PCH in Southern California for the past several years.
Seeing it is believing it. It is truly one of kind inside and out. It's well-known on PCH and in Autoweek magazine.
