NUMBER 3 OF THE TOP RIDES, JAN 2 2003
Hello. This is really my car!
One catch is that it is not a real Lamborghini. It is a replica of the 2000 Lamborghini Diablo VT. the chassis is custom from a Fiero. I actually started building the car in 2000 and did not finish totally until October '01. To answer a frequently asked question, the whole project cost me roughly $46,000 Plus, there were approximately $20,000 In donated parts and labor. It really broke the bank. To anyone considering a project like this; study up, ask around and know what you are getting into. The garage you see is my bodyshop. I would have liked to include pictures of the build but me and my brother didnt think it would take two-and-a-half years to build and plus wait for extra cash flow for problems or projects that we did not expect to occur. This build required a lot more time and money than anyone can imagine. The advantages of a replica is that, #1 no ordinary person can tell the difference! This car weighs about 1000 lbs. less and has 150 more hp than a real Lamborghini!!! Cheaper insurance!

In this pic you can catch a glimpse of all the mobile electronics. The control and guage set actually came from JC Whitney. Sorry for the crappy pics but at the time I was not planning on doing this. I promise to post better pics once the weather around here permits. I want the perfect atmosphere for topless driving and picture-taking, plus I need polishing weather also.
The enterior is almost entirely leather. Many of the interior parts are actual Lamborghini components. Among them include the seats, floor mats, guages, and seat belts and there components (exept the steering wheel, which is a momo).

THAT WAS A RAINY DAY.....

The rims are true Lamborghini Diablo VT rims which cost me an arm and an asshole to get seeing as the originial production of the car was limited to 30. They come straight from Automobili Lamborghini Spa where these cars are made. The specs on the rims are 8.5X18 front and 13X18 rear (wide ass rim). The tires on all corners are Pirelli P ZERO with asymmetric unidirectional tread. The front size is 235/35 ZR 18, and the rear tire is 335/35 ZR 18.
The car picture below is NOT my car. This is a real 2000 Lamborghini Diablo VT. Just to give you a comparison photo......YOU CAN'T SEE THE DIFFERENCE..!
