They don't sell these 4WD Mitsubishi Delica SUV vans in the states, but a LOT of Americans own them in Japan because of their flexibility. Delicas already come with a lift and off-road tires from the factory.
Mine has been lifted about 2 inches and has 2-inch fiberglass overfenders for the more aggressive 16x8 +_0 offset aluminum wheels and 245-70 16-inch Yokohama Geolander AT-S tires with Nitrogen.
