I bought my 1991 Honda Accord a few months ago for $500. I have started to put some work into it, but I plan on doing a lot more. I installed a set of skunk 2 coilover and KYB struts. As for music; I put a Kenwood Deck, 4 Boston Acustics, 2 12" Subs and a Hyfonics 250THOR amp.
Two weeks ago, I was rear-ended sitting a parking lot. The damage to my bumper and lights was more then the supposive value of my car. I ended up getting a nice $1300 check from Progressive. Instead of bringing the car to an autoshop to get fixed, I am currently fixing it myself and using the extra money to buy other parts for my car.
