This is my 2000 Maxima. No mods have been completed this far except for the 2003 headlight retrofit, 35% tint and i removed the emblems. Be sure to sign my guest book and make suggestions for mods please!
Here are the comparison photos between the stock 2k halogen lights (on the left) and the retrofitted 2k3 HID's (on the right). I also added some Sylvania SilverStar fog light bulbs.
(8/06/07) Just some random shots from over the weekend... Interior shots. The car is loaded with every option available in 2000...
(8/03/07) INSTALLED THE 2003 HEADLIGHTS! Wow, these things are bright, I can see eveything. I still have to aim them correctly but even with them out of aim, the difference is incredible. Okay, enough talking, here's some pics:
(8/01/07) The 2003 headlights arrived last night. I had to refrain myself from installing them. I didn't install them last night because I wanted to get before and after pictures of the headligths at night. (pictures will be put up after I install the new lights) So instead I completed the foglight rewire that allows the fogligths to come on with just the running lights. It takes all of about 10 minutes. So here's some pics.

Some pictures after using a clay bar (recommended!!) and a wax job. The pictures didn't turn out very well because it was an overcast day but i think the paint cleaned up well.

Hi there, nice Maxima. Can you please tell me where did you buy the headlight connectors/harness to do the retrofit? I recently bough a 2002 maxima and the previous owner had the headlight stolen and install a set of the 2000 maxima no HID and replaced the connectors. I just got a set of HID headlights and need the connectors. Thanks for any help.

I like the new lights. I have the same color Maxima and yr. I was wondering what u had to do to install the 2002-2003 lights. Did u have to change the bumper, front fenders, and the hood? Everyone that I asked about this, told me that I have to change all of those. Did u change anything or u just have to rewire the car. Also, wht did u use to remove the decals.

Nice max. The 02-03 headlights looks awesome on your ride. Are you going to clear it out?
